Interactive teen Programs
As a leader in the Helena arts community, The Holter is uniquely positioned to bring artists and youth together to benefit student creative expression and help teens amplify their voices through art. We aim especially to create a more equitable experience for low income youth. The Holter provides spaces and programs for teens and tweens to create community and engage in arts learning.
Art for Survival teen program at the The Holter is designed to give participating teens a way to use art to find their voice. This group of brave teens recently completed a documentary film telling their story of being a teen in 2018.
Adults can experience The Holter in ways that lead to social connections in unique ways. Adult programs that meet the needs of today’s busy schedules include workshops that support arts learning with limited time commitment but in conjunction with working and teaching artists.
